Returns
We don’t accept returns, but if we’ve made a mistake or your item is defective, don’t worry—we’ll happily replace it and cover the shipping costs.
Exchanges
- Not in love with your purchase? No problem! You can exchange it within 14 days.
- Just make sure the item is in its original condition: unwashed, unused, and with all accessories and tags intact.
- Please note that exchanges won’t be possible if any tags or accessories are missing.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for an exchange.
Quick Inspections & Fast Replacements
- Once your returned item reaches us, we’ll inspect it right away.
- After approval, we’ll send your new package as soon as possible!

- You’re welcome to use any shipping service to send items back.
- Please ensure the product is sent to the correct return address, which we’ll provide via email or WhatsApp.
Hygiene Guidelines
- For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept exchanges for accessories like earrings or necklaces.
Order Preparation & Cancellations
- Every order is carefully prepared to arrive on time for your special events.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as we start the process immediately to ensure the highest quality and punctual delivery.
Receiving Your Order
- Please make sure to pick up your order when it arrives.
- If an order is rejected or not picked up and sent back to us, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
